Withdrawal & return

In accordance with the legal provisions, you have a trial period of 14 working days, starting on the day after receipt of the goods. During the trial period you will treat the goods and the packaging material carefully. Unpacking is only allowed to assess whether you want to keep the product.

If you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal / right of withdrawal within the trial period, we request you to report this via our withdrawal form. We also request that you have the products returned to the shipping address in the original condition and packaging, including any accessories. If Keralux® colour repair sets are specially created, € 25.00 removal costs will be charged.

Return of the goods is at your own expense and risk. Send us the completed return form by e-mail in advance. Reimbursement of amounts already paid by you will take place within 30 days after termination of the purchase.
